Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

I know life with kids, school, and everything in between doesn't always go to plan. This policy keeps scheduling fair for every family while leaving room for real life.

Rescheduling or cancelling

Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. You can use the link in your confirmation email or reach me at info@mrmarkusmath.com. With 24 hours' notice, you can reschedule at no cost or keep the session as a credit.

Late cancellations and missed sessions

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, count as used and aren't refunded or credited.

Grace cancellation

Every family gets one grace late cancellation every 3 months, no explanation needed. For true emergencies or illness, please reach out. I'll always do my best to work with you.

Arriving late

Sessions end at their scheduled time. If a student hasn't joined within 15 minutes and I haven't heard from you, the session counts as missed.

Technical difficulties

If a tech issue on my end interrupts a session, I'll extend it or reschedule at no cost. If the issue is on the student's end, I'll do my best to reconnect, but the session will end at its scheduled time.

If I need to cancel

If I ever have to cancel, you can choose a full reschedule or a full refund for that session.

Session packages

• 4-session packages are valid for 60 days from purchase. 8-session packages are valid for 120 days.

• Unused sessions are refundable within 14 days of purchase. The refund is your purchase price minus $79 for each session already used. After 14 days, unused sessions remain available as credit until the package expires.

Free consultations

There's no charge for the free 15-minute consultation. If you can't make it, a quick heads-up is always appreciated.
